(FR)

Hello, my name is Elouan Meynet, I'm 18 and I'm French and Swiss. I'm a graphic design student based in Geneva, and I'm due to graduate from the CFP Arts in June 2025. I'm interested in type design, editorial design, experimental and innovative graphic design and fashion. Before applying for higher education in graphic design, I'm looking for internships or collaborative projects.

Mandate :
diploma project
My diploma project, a first version of a new font and its specimen inspired by the world of roads. This project finds its origin in the attraction I have for the stretched fonts I saw on the road,, which form the basis of my concept.  My work deals with the perception and deformation of shapes according to the speed, and in particular the lettering on the road, which stretches more and more depending on the speed so that it can be read at the speed limits of 50, 80 or 120 km/h. Not only the typography, but also the format and images stretch according to the speed limits of 50, 80 and 120 km/h.
Mandate :
Personal project
This work represents 6 months of experimentation with the third dimension in photography, from three-dimensional capture to post-capture elevation of the shot. In this project, the approach is to assume and even to enhance the randomness and imperfection of certain software programmes and their renderings, by playing with non-perfected tools for the visual retranscription of the third dimension.  This work is a synthesis of conceptual visuals, a logbook of my experiments in 3D.

Mandate :
Internship report
This edition contains all the work I did during my 6-month internship at studio BAD. It can be read twice: first in A4 book format, and once unfolded as an A1 poster. This edition includes a total of 8 booklets, and therefore 8 posters. The first poster is the introduction, followed by the presentation of 3 projects carried out during the internship, with two posters for each project: one for the research and the other for the final work. The last poster is dedicated to the conclusion.

Mandat :
salome.mynt’s diploma
Creation of the identity for Salomé Meynet's diploma project, a project which aimed at bringing an artistic awakening into a day nursery.  The project dealt with self-portrait, the way in which children represented themselves through various media such as dance, painting, land art, modelling dough, etc... For this project, I produced a flyer inviting people to a vernissage presenting the work done with the children in the day nursery, as well as a summary of their creative process and a poster presenting the project itself.

Mandate :
Brochure
Project in progress, a proposal for the layout of the CFP Arts brochure in collaboration with Pauls Kupcis . This edition is intended to be representative and informative of our training centre, with a strong visual bias. The creative process of the various courses of study and their projects is highlighted through contemporary compositions, treating the projects as works of art. Design and research are as important as the final results.

Mandate :
Screen printing fanzine
Fanzine in collaboration with Pauls Kupcis aimed at experimenting with compositions using visuals that make no sense. The aim is to create harmony between the pages and experiment with shapes. This practice creates a medium that allows us to explore the technique of screen printing.
 Mandate :
Screen printing textile
A screen-printing project, printing on textile with a typographic composition and illustration inspired by and quoting lyrics from Sade's ‘No Ordinary Love’.

Mandate :
School project
This project consisted of making a poster to develop one’s own graphic style while taking inspiration from the style of a graphic designer. For my part, I chose David Rossetto. I worked with one of his quotations, which touched me personally and evoked some very interesting themes around composition, allowing for interpretation and graphic experimentation.
Mandate :
Cfp arts
This project involved making a poster for the cfp arts end-of-year ceremony.
I reinterpreted the codes of the "Sahar Plakart" but with a modern twist.

Mandate :
vinyl
This project involved designing a Nicolas Jaar vinyl, while remaining faithful to his style and world. I chose to take inspiration from his Chilean origins, by reworking a traditional motif in a more digital way, in the image of his music. The typography, with more or less stretched patterns, is based on a grid corresponding to the length of the tracks.
